Data Protection Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve used or looked after your personal information, you can use the form linked at the bottom of this page to let us know and we’ll investigate your concerns.

If your complaint does not relate to data protection, please visit Complaints Procedure, otherwise use the form below to tell us if:

  • you’re worried about how we have collected, shared or used your personal data
  • you believe that we may be responsible for a personal data breach that has happened
  • you’re not happy with how we’ve responded to your data protection rights request

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you must raise your data protection concerns with us before contacting the Information Commissioner’s Office.

To make a complaint, please provide details using the form below so we may understand the nature of your concerns and review them in full.

We take our data protection responsibilities extremely seriously and we’ll review your complaint in accordance with our duties under data protection regulations. You can expect us to:

  • acknowledge your complaint within 30 days
  • take the appropriate steps to investigate and respond to your complaint
  • inform you of the outcome of your complaint
