PM Law, Linkfield Law and 3M Law have all recently stopped trading. This means they are no longer able to continue working on existing client cases.

The organisation responsible for regulating law firms in England and Wales, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), has stepped in and appointed an Intervention Agent to take control of all client files, documents and money.

If you were a client of one of the affected firms, you’ll now need to choose and appoint a new law firm to continue your claim.

What happens next?

The SRA’s Intervention Agent, Gordons LLP, will be writing to all clients explaining what the closure of PM Law, Linkfield Law and 3M Law means for you. If you haven’t already received their correspondence, it should arrive with you shortly.

Although Gordons LLP is a law firm, they are acting only as the appointed Intervention Agent and cannot take on your claim. This means you’ll now need to choose a new solicitor to continue your case. We can help by:

  • Obtaining all existing paperwork needed to process your case from Gordons LLP
